Applications range from caterers and small on-site bakeries to restaurants and chains. These small footprint, high capacity convection ovens can be used on location, using existing electrical conditions. In addition, the ovens are suitable to relieve the strain on the cook line by relocating specific baking and cooking procedures out of the line production area, or to a station. The ovens are available in both 208/240V and in a standard plug-in 120V version. Oven equipped to operate on 120V are perfect for extended bake time products or for caterers. The Turboquartz convection oven is an ideal solution in the appetizer and dessert stations of any restaurant.
