Product Line Features:
All of these units are ideal for quick melting, toasting and broiling. The applications range from small bars and cafés to restaurants with a need of finishing ovens. All units are equipped with a 15-minute timer, which can be switched to a continuous mode as well. The intensity can be controlled by having top, bottom, or all elements on. Open-faced units work well when there are a variety of products being finished, so that the stage of readiness can be easily discerned. With the door, less heat loss occurs and the customer has the convenience of taking out the product with the shelf.
