This small footprint oven will outpace much larger ovens. The intensity of heat reached by the top and bottom heating elements (able to obtain up to 660 F) and the fire hearth brick permit the creation of authentically delicious tasting and looking pizza. The high heat of the oven allows pizza to cook quickly without drying out the crust. The speed of baking is incredibly fast. These high speed pizza ovens are available in different voltages – some models in 120V – allowing for portability and enhanced applications. All models may be stacked with a simple optional stacking kit.

Additional uses for these ovens are for finishing or cheese melting side orders, such as potato skins or garlic bread. The recovery is fast and allows for continuous production.
